HAM Radio recording of my voice Friday January 06 2017 on BrandMeister

The last 2 years of using Toronto CANADA BandMeister I have never had issues, recently in two weeks on the Toronto CANADA BrandMeister repeater someone is playing back my audio.  

It seems the same "MO" as the person that is recording audio on the local analog repeater VE3TWR and playing it back the same way.

The signal and the RSSI changed ..... when the recording was played back ..... (SEE PICTURE)



Industry Canada review and Stop this  !!!!
